At Brewing Skin, we keep things simple free shipping on all orders over $50.
Processing Times
Once you place your order, we’ll get it packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
- During busy periods (sales, holidays), this can extend up to 7 business days
An order is considered dispatched once it’s been handed to the courier and is on the way to you.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on where you’re located and the courier.
🇦🇺 Australia:
Standard 2-8 business days.
Express 1-3+ business days.
These timeframes start after your order has been dispatched, not when it’s placed.
During busy periods or holidays, delays can happen (couriers, not us). Tracking updates can also be slower than usual.
If your order is shipped internationally, customs may occasionally cause extra delays. Unfortunately, that’s out of our hands.
Double Check Your Shipping Details
Make sure your address is correct at checkout, this one matters.
- Incorrect or incomplete details can delay your order or result in cancellation
- If something looks off, we may email you within 3 business days to confirm
If we don’t hear back, we may need to cancel the order.
Spotted a mistake after ordering?
Email us at brewingskin@gmail.com within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to fix it, but we can’t guarantee changes after that.
Delays (The Real Talk)
We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes things outside our control can slow things down.
This could be:
- Courier delays
- Weather or transport issues
- Address verification problems
- Payment or stock issues
If anything affects your order, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
Once your order is with the courier, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates but we’ll always help where we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves us and is with the courier, it’s no longer in our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it:
1. Contact the courier directly (they can investigate faster)
2. Email us at brewingskin@gmail.com and we’ll help however we can
In some cases:
- The courier may locate and deliver it
- You may need to file a claim with the courier
- A police report may be required if it’s confirmed stolen
While lost or stolen packages aren’t covered under our refund policy, we’ll always try to help you find a solution. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
