Order Changes & Cancellations

Changed your mind? It happens.

You’ve got 24 hours after placing your order to make any changes or cancel it. After that, your order is probably already packed, and so we can't stop it.

If you cancel within that 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand behind our product, but we also get that not everything works for everyone.

- We recommend giving it a proper go for 30 days

- If it’s still not for you, you can request a return within 60 days of purchase

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days

- During busy periods (sales, holidays), this can extend up to 7 business days

A few things to note:

- Return shipping is covered by you

- Original shipping costs aren’t refundable

- Refunds are issued once we receive and check the returned item

To start a return, just email:

- Your order number, or

- The name and email used at checkout

We may ask for a quick photo of the product before approving the return, just to keep things fair.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items (ACL)

If something arrives damaged or not right, we’ll sort it.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a remedy if your item is:

- Faulty

- Damaged

- Not as described

Just:

- Email us within 72 hours of delivery

- Include clear photos of the issue

If confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping if needed.

This doesn’t cover issues from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to get your order out quickly, but once it’s with the courier, it’s in their hands.

- If your order is marked as delivered, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages

- If something goes wrong with delivery, your best move is to contact the courier directly

 

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your address at checkout.

If the wrong address is entered and we’re not notified within 24 hours, we won’t be able to resend or refund the order.
